I'm announcing I2VPN here on Bitcointalk.

Website: http://exooqgycf4hbfevw.onion/
Clearnet: http://exooqgycf4hbfevw.onion.link
BTW: If your AV says this link contains malware, it's a false positive,
Many onion links have bad things stuffed in them, a abuse of Tor.
Here is our virustotal scan link:

I2P B32 link: http://bduw26oby3cjuwihuxbf6ruhyydupu43bpr4su23pdzugsnhh4ha.b32.i2p/

What is I2VPN? Is it a generic VPN like others?

NO, I2VPN is not a generic VPN like others, it's not like others too.
Other VPNs make you trust them for your security, your anonymity, whereas I2VPN requires none..
I2VPN is based of I2P which provides you with the security and anonymity.
We are personally inspired of AirVPN, which has provided good things.
However, we felt a blow when a Anonymous Activist in 2011 was arrested, only because of VPN, which made him trust them, and the trust was a lie.
In Jan. 2016, Pkzone started work on I2VPN after he found a workaround to one of the biggest I2VPN problems.
I2VPN was launched in April after the work being done.
Read more in our website if you must know about it more..

Why are you announcing this on Bitcointalk?

We all know that Bitcointalk is for discussion about Bitcoin, however, this system also uses blockchain internally and Bitcoin for payment.
More precisely, this announcement is done in Marketplace/Service announcements which allows us to make any announcement for a service that accepts Bitcoin and/or is related to Bitcoin.

For more information, read our website

FAQ: I think 2$ is too much?

Well, are you kidding me?
2$ is the price of a candy that even a baby can afford, and even we dropped the price from 10$ to 2$, don't you think this is good price for a good VPN server with guaranteed anonymity.

FAQ: Where are you based?

We are not based in any country, we are anonymous and decentralized just like Bitcoin, basing ourselves in a specific country just opens a window for a bad guy to pass through.

Extend: Why are you anonymous?
We are anonymous for a handful of problems.
If we were not anonymous, we could've got personal or governmental pressure that blocks us from providing you with our service.
For example, a British Virgin Islands-based VPN service was pressured by government to leak their logs.
Later it was known that the VPN service did not log before the pressure but after the the pressure started around them, they started logging.
We would want to avoid that, as possible.

FAQ: Why don't you accept escrow, you are based in darknet so I can't really trust you....
Well, we can't use escrow at this moment because we first need to get servers to let this service start.
After we have got about 5 users, we will start using escrow to increase your trust in us.

FAQ: <Insert some other question here>
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask us using the contact information given in the website.
Thank you.

Update: May 15, 2016:
I dropped the prices to 2$, this is really dirt cheap, you ought to try it once.

I'm aware of the fact that Policies page is still disabled, it's a WIP.
TheAmericanChemist is currently researching on it, and will be updated soon.
I've almost finished (90%) the admin. interface.
A team page is going to be added today, more to come.
