I told you he paid because he said he paid, as i was sending the LTC and opening Payoneer to check and confirm. So minutes later i sent already, and double checked he sent, it wasnt there, then i realized the situation

Why would i have to lie about that?

Dude open a scam accusation and if he decides to pay you you can always close it, I can confirm that you really did get scammed, once someone takes more than 10 minutes to complete a deal and keeps quiet just know you were scammed.
