It just says verifying block on the first loading image.

What can I do about this? I need to transfer some money from a core wallet.

Can I reinstall the program without having to download the blockchain again?

What can I do about this? I need to transfer some money from a core wallet.

Depending on your CPU/disk this can take a bit. You should see a % value increase.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Yes, this is fairly normal. I have seen it happen before and can go on for a few hours.

Usually the best thing to do is wait and check the debug.log to make sure nothing went wrong. I suspect what the OP needs to do here is just wait a while.

Are you sure that the data is going onto the correct hard drive/partition?

Can you give us the debug.log? It is in the data directory which shorena gave a link for more info above.

That error is a common error and it doesn't mean that anything is wrong. To find the actual problem, we need to see the entire debug.log.

Well you are using a pretty old version. I suggest that you upgrade to the latest, 0.12.1

Otherwise, it seems like there isn't any problem, you just have to wait a while for it to finish loading.
