I remember when I was a teen I used to play this game all day against other friends:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjUyvMBmxR0

This game was huge back in the day with millions of players. Im sure that if you added Bitcoin in a game like this, it would potentially go viral. Like making a bet against 4 players and winner takes it all, its really addictive. It was addictive without money, and with money it would be awesome. Of course in multiplayer non-raw-luck based games the problem of cheating arises, but with a good anti cheating system I think it can be a success.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

That's the problem and I doubt these games have very strong protection. But if it caught on you could make it work maybe if you did it well with security in mind which it should since it will be designed with bitcoin in mind.

That's definitely the biggest concern. There are so few mechanics to online pool, I couldn't imagine it would be very much work at all to make a bot that plays perfectly. Once people start using something like this, the game is effectively ruined. The reason why online pool games nowadays work is because stakes are so low (just playing for fun) that there isn't really much of an incentive to cheat.

Cheating might be negated of everything is server based. Then you can t cheat.
