You've made a good faucet and rewards are actually good with their respective percentages however the following could help improve your faucet further more:

1. Different background color, something less solid so it will be easier to the eyes or if you could put a nice image there, then even better.
2. Your faucet site doesn't have a favicon (I know it's just small detail but better to be good in all aspects).
3. You have no other content on the faucet, so you should use the lower space of the faucet with some other informations regarding BTCitcoin.
4. I see only two ads and that certainly wouldn't be enough to keep your faucet going for the long run so add a bit more but don't overdo it.
5. A better referral commission would be nice.

possible reward 100 (40%), 200 (25%), 250 (20%), 300 (10%), 5000 (5%) satoshi and for my first claim i get 100 satoshi because i can claim it for every 5 minutes i can get at least 1200 satoshi per hour and that's very good reward

Good 5 minutes faucet. The chances to earn each reward are very decent and there is a high reward possibilite with 5% chance to earn (it's a good chance!). I earned 300 satoshi now, thanks for that.

It was expected, with an average reward of 420satoshi every 5 minutes (moren then 5000/hour) it cannot last. I don't understand why nobody can calculate what a faucet is costing.
