I notice on my smaller bets I win but on my larger bets I not get them at all.
Is this always possible not to win these ones for alot more mbtc? Or is it just meant to be?

I guess it is one of the marketing strategy of gambling sites. Letting bidders to win a small amount.

But when large amount is at bid they would probably don't let you win or lower chance to win.

This is the straight and real words from some real gambler. Exactly in gambling gamblers will say we can make some strategy we will make profit and there is no loss is we follow this and all. I don't know it may works for some one but for me it never worked. In sport betting it workes some times but there also now we can not judge the third person will judge that game who is gona win that game so now i am not using my strategy there also i like sport betting so blindly i will think and i will bet.

You are right, if you are just having fun to gamble, it is fine. But make sure that you know your limits.
And you will always remember that not at all times you are going to win.
