No it's not mineable with CPU. Only GPU but difficulty is rising fast so maybe it is not profitable for you.

Difficulty is rising fast for ethereum but we also have some alternative like litecoin clone of bitcoin. Krypton is there which is clone of ethereum and can take place of second ethereum like litecoin is now as second bitcoin. I am mining it and also like to suggest you to start mining krypton with GPU. Do your own research before blindly believing me. Good luck

Ethereum is CPU minable. But the difficulty is too high. It is not worth it to mine with CPU, only with GPU.
