Code:
[url=https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=***] ***[/url]

Anything inside the <url></url> will be the text shown. If you do a <url=>, anything after the = will be what the link goes to.

So if I do <URL=www.website1>website2</url>, it will say website2, but lead to website 1.

do you mean on the blockchain.info website?

because you can add anything you want to that , a tag (name) or link you just have to sign a message

goto blockchain.info/tags or sign in your wallet and add lable (i think lable if you make it public does the same thing)

example: https://blockchain.info/address/1dice8EMZmqKvrGE4Qc9bUFf9PX3xaYDp

if the OP is refering to how blockchain.info 'tags' addresses

https://blockchain.info/tags

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

You could probably aso do that or individual transactions by addingthe link in your message sections.
Public labels, as demonstrated above should also work and I think you can do both of these on MOST Bitcoin platforms, including bitcoin-qt, coinbase and blockchain.info.

I think he means either signing the address with the link, adding a message of the link to transactions or labelling the address.
I tink in this way these all work.
However, as the initial post had lots of ambiguity we are unable to know what OP meant (there were no examples).

A few years ago, blockchain.info scraped bitcointalk signatures for addresses and then generated tags for all the addresses they found. I don't know if they still do that.

After they refused to remove my tag, I removed the address from my signature and sent all the funds at that address through a mixer somewhere else.

Thats a aspect that I never thought of doing,is it possible to leave like a graffiti stamp on every bitcoin you move?
This could create a really interesting dynamic.
