First account, x_Molotov, starts at a start bid of 0.040 BTC, or 40 mBTC.

Second account, xavTrot6, starts at a start bid of 0.020 BTC, or 20 mBTC.

If bidding, a raise must be at least more than .001BTC or 1mbtc than the last bid, so initial bid will be .04 BTC + .001 BTC(minimum).
You can always raise more, but minimum bid is last bid + .001 BTC.
