This is a combined bid, so both accounts will be part of the auction, and you will own both of them if you win the auction.

START BID : 0.050 BTC or 50 mBTC!

If bidding, a raise must be at least more than .001BTC or 1mbtc than the last bid, so initial bid will be .050 BTC + .001 BTC(minimum).
You can always raise more, but minimum bid is last bid + .001 BTC.
