I sent this email just now Thread will be updated with response

Will gumroad ever support bitcoins, it seems that your platform for micro-transactions is a perfect use case for the digital currency. Not only does your service require a minium amount of funds to be withdrawn, which I am guessing is because of the fees on your end. This could be under cut with bitcoins, a user that wants to withdraw could be done at any amount of funds since it takes pennies to send small or large transactions. Another issue that could easily be solved by bitcoins, is that you only support 190 countries. That means you are clearly missing some countries, bitcoins can be used by anyone anywhere. I think it is in your platform's interest to at least follow up with my email and check out bitcoins, I think you and your users would be happy with a bitcoin option.

Here are some links.

Thank you

Gumroad is an easy to use platform to deliver digital content for a price. They have share/like button to buy now and support anything from $0 to $1000. I am hoping they support bitcoin.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Hi,

Thanks for the note. At this time, we don't have any plans to implement bitcoin support.

Best,

The Gumroad Team.

I guess that is a no...

Oh well!  Hopefully something similar to it will arise, except for BTC Grin  And then they'll be like, "omg why didn't we listen to gweedo!"
