The dollar will win easily if you ask me, look how big it is and the bitcoin is even depending on it.
The bitcoin is way too small to ever win from the dollar..
True, people trust in dollar and follow to dollar in everything. It's the most popular currency nowdays and also the biggest one. Bitcoine can't compete dollar anyway. It is true that dollar is more popular than bitcoin and more people are using dollar for their use, but bitcoin has some features which attract more people towards itself, and there is only one problem which do not make it higher than dollar and that is its fluctuation in price and once the price of bitcoin got stability, you will see that bitcoin will get No.1 position. |

for now USD are more populaire but as i always said there is a high chance for bitcoin one day to be more populaire as the world are turning digital bitcoin is the most think that adabt that change so that is why it will maybe been used more that USD in future but not now bitcoin have a long way to pass before reaching this goal.

Though the USD reigns in superiority in the amount of usage, bitcoin prevails in that it uses the block chain, allows for a public ledger where all transactions may be tracked and thus no fraud can be made... and the pseudo-anonymity is also a plus. Neither one of the currencies have any intrinsic value, but clearly bitcoins have much more potential than the US dollar would, no matter how it's morphed. Inflation will only steadily increase for the US dollar while the supply of bitcoins is limited and its value will only grow as time goes on. Us (somewhat) early investors can expect it to pay off eventually. Only time will tell. Patience, friends. |

unless many merchants who accept bitcoin. so we do not need to exchange it for a fiat to buy something. then we do not rely on fiat? is it bitcoin wil win? |

The USD is always going to be a strong currency as long as the US is a strong power in the world.
Bitcoin will be a strong power as long as there is the computing power to support it. It is a constant tug of war between the two currencies.

Almost all countries export and import based on the valud of usd ,soo where did you saw anytime someone that exported 3000bitcoins of equipments to China ,never,there is no way bitcoin fight against any fiat currency,bitcoin is an option not a rival of those ,that is something people must see and understand at once.

at this point comparing bitcoin with fiat or specifically USD is just comparing apples and oranges. it is obvious that bitcoin is nowhere near the popularity of fiat so it will take a long time to even get there. and the scale is also important it may be accepted in one country like JApan but until it is accepted all over the world it can not get strong enough.

of course is he popular the bit coin but will he be many popular then the us dollar. I doubt that because there are so many people who are using just the dollar instead of the coin. So the dollar will always go on cant tell you if the coin will do. |

USD is inflationary, Bitcoin is deflationary. As a currency, it is righteous to be inflationary, it is also righteous that Bitcoin being deflationary

Yeah you right. USD can't dissapear and i think bitcoin can't replace dollar, bitcoin can be popular and many people using it. I think both USD and bitcoin can go along together. |

Both has got its own value. Dollar has a long back history which makes it more stable than all other currencies. Bitcoin has got a very small history, so I believe bitcoin and dollar should never be compared. Both grow on its own way as both were independent of each other.
