If btc was more popular than usd then we would be sitting far higher than 450 dollars right now. So to answer your question, no. Not by far unfortunately.
USD is paper money world popular A grade money and Bitcoin is the World popular digital currency but value more than US dollar, today now the rate of bitcoin is 1BTC = 452.26 USD = 403 EUR. so BTC is more value. I really don't understand what you are trying to say, bitcoin is good but dollar is the best as it is used and accepted everywhere, same doesn't go with bitcoin. |

Obviously good profits in fiat (USD) to be made from buying/stacking bitcoins

The bitcoin is not even close to all the other gold. Don't think he can get that big as the normal gold there will be many users and not so many for the coin. In the future he will be many time bigger but bigger then the usd i don't think so. I think Bitcoin will have a better value and that is because you also see now that it is becoming more worth so that is really nice for the people with already Bitcoin. The only thing that they have to do is just wait for the right moment to sell it. |

That's true bitcoin is still new to many people, and dollar is more powerful as a currency and popularity of dollar is too high in compare to bitcoin. |

I will choose for Bitcoin and that is because I think that Bitcoin will have a better value in the future because the world is also becoming more digital so that is perfect for the currency.
But the USD will not disappear soon but you also can see now that Bitcoin is becoming more popular now.

I am stuck in the middle actually at the moment, at the beginning I had blind faith in Bitcoin, but lately I have started converting a bit of it to USD and I am feeling good when I see my number of USD growing up thanks to Bitcoin, so based on this I am for both of them. What Bitcoin can buy (deepweb items) USD cannot and what Bitcoin cannot (like bread or everday products) USD can. Its a perfect combination.

i believe that in the near future btc will be at least as popular as usd .... when it is accepted in each country as an official way of payment it's going to be a universal currency and therefore it would become even more popular than the usd ... why having usd when you have btc?!

Us dollar was created in 1785 almost 230 years ago. and bitcoin has been created only 6 years ago. so you can imagine your self how popular bitcoin is against the dollar.. I think we can say that bitcoin is more popular than bitcoin.. because the world has been changed. we have internet now and we can know about everything in only few minutes. I think technology also helped bitcoin to become so much popular.

It took him 1 minute to post that. It was posted on 03:54:29 PM and the previous one was posted on 03:53:16 PM. What do you expect from a post made in 1 minute and 13 seconds.

Yeah so much rare that's why it hasn't accept yet in most of the merchants. You can't always use a rare one to support your regular spendings. But you can always exchange your BTC into USD whenever you want to. There are tons of opportunities in the bitcoin world. Walking away from it simply because merchants don't accept it just yet is such an unwise move. You're going to waste the chance of doing a lot of things on the Internet. Depending solely on USD is not a bad thing though, but it'd be much better if you're going to have another currency to earn money in. |
