Few years ago as in 2013? By now most of the wallet sites have closed down. With the remaining prominent one being blockchain.info. Try contacting support there with the emails you use.

You are like asking someone to find a needle in a haystack. Chances are if you are willing to spend 2btc to get that wallet, a higher chance would be that the wallet is already emptied.

Check your email to see if it was indeed a blockchain.info account

I have requested a recovery based on the email you gave, if you indeed have an account there, you should be receiving the way to recover your account

I am perfectly ok with helping you find it for a much lower reward or for free if you want to

Escrow the 2BTC first. Second, which site's wallet you used?..  Third, do you have email address from which you had  sign-in with and access to email addy as well??. Fourth, Did you saved up the mnemonic code that was showed up to you when you first registered up??

Do you know anything about it?  e.g. address?  Were you mining coins and storing them on this wallet?  Did you buy them somewhere? etc.  "A few years".  When?

Without any details it will be nearly impossible to help.

A btc address of that certain wallet would be a good start, if the address hold a balance on it then the online wallet is is till up and serving.

if you have access to email address then try checking old emails maybe you received some emails from wallet. What is a way to verify to verify if a user shared a correct wallet url because you can always say no it is not, and there is nothing to verify it.

Well my dear friend it quite seems from the earlier posts of the OP that he is unable to recall the wallet service provider site.Even if you do know your login credentials + mnemonic ,there might be case that a user might have forgotten about the site address, thats what it is in this case.

I think were finding a needle im the middle of the see i think you must provide clearer info. Why not to try to recall those wallet providers for the past year 2016 and you can try one by one maybe by that you can recall wich site did you put your bitcoins,

Get a list of online wallet that been established with your estimated "years ago".

Online wallet is obviously associated with an email. Go to your email provider and check your inbox hopefully you don't delete it in the past.

After getting some list, it will recall you the name of that wallet provider then just try the forgot password option. As soon as you hold your inbox it's one step.

Localbitcoins.com is worth trying, I used that years ago and its still going, send me a Porsche if Im correct.   By wallet I think you could mean any site which lets you deposit btc, am I right.        Also exchanges you should be checking, someone give him a list of btc sites might help if its just a case of trying each one with the combo to see if theres a result.

Yeah email recovery is very usedfull but i think hes finding the wallet provider of the past years maybe try to recall those you provide wallet on the year 2012-2013 by that you may try to log jn in their wallet provider site by that you cam determine you wallet provider by that time and also if you can recall or remember the password of your email well you can look the past history and you may possibly see your btc wallet their.

Hello
few years ago when bitcoin was new i created account in some online wallet but i forgot in which one is there any way to find it ?
i will give 2 BTC to somebody who will help me Smiley
write what do you need to help me i will add it.
email adress: filon.p@wp.pl

Escrow the 2BTC first. Second, which site's wallet you used?..  Third, do you have email address from which you had  sign-in with and access to email addy as well??. Fourth, Did you saved up the mnemonic code that was showed up to you when you first registered up??

Unfortunately this is a situation where OP can't use escrow until he has recovered his wallet :3 Soooo... This is likely not to work out
