Would my post belong in Services or India?

So I wish to start a new offer (Paid to signup) but it is country specific, India. So should I start it here or in Services?
I'll close the thread after I get the answer.

If its country specific to India only then starting it in local board will much better but if you start it in service board adding the country specific details in topic title it will also work fine.
