He will sell his coins to goverment(s). And government will start manipulating the market.
Price will drop.  Market will die.  In the mean time they will accumulate cheap coins. 

And repeat again all over again ...

I was fairly convinced that he was Satoshi before this, mainly from watching a few interviews with him, he comes over as very bright. However, aside from Gavin's opinion, which is definitely worth something, I really don't know enough to agree or disagree with his incredibly dense blog post.
