What is wrong with the casino games (slot), I have just played few spins as usual but after several spins I received a black screen with a notification message "You are currently blocked from playing"

Edit 2: Change to other game and it works fine. Strange, why I can be blocked to play a game while I can play other game from the same provider.

Are you in the states maybe this is why you are blocked from that particular game of slots due to the provide of just this game they are using blocking certain countries from playing with them.
Someone else complained about being blocked at a certain casino too because they were in a country that was not allowed to play at their casino.

Lionidas is right in that providers generally have restrictions around what countries their games are available from, but I don't think this is the issue as you were able to play in the first place.

I'm sure it was not about country restrictions as I played that game (Hidden Valley by QuickSpin) many times before on your site. As what said as well, I was able to play other QuickSpin games after I got the warning message and after playing other games I decided to play Hidden Valley again. It was working fine again after it, not really sure how could I got the warning message and what caused it.

Most (if not all sportsbooks) forbid playing with a VPN, so I don't see why this site would be any different.
Even without a KYC, sportsbooks will ban you for using VPN (it's easier for them to know this than you think).
So you run a risk regardless of where you gamble.

Ask them (or ask your customers), I think they won't give any file since users could already see the list themselves. I don't care much about my withdrawal and deposit history tbh unless something isn't credited properly.
