Thinking about switching to another site which offer better promotions and even lossback on your wagers which would be atleast something to say which is good about using the site over the others out there.

We can only consider this a serious accusation if he would really provide some solid evidence and make this accusation in the right board.

It's not impossible to join their free spin promotion since they usually require a single bet on their match winner or handicap with at least 3mbtc or equivalent of $10 in other currencies.

I don't even look at the promotions page that much but my average bet is 3mbtc and I sometimes receive a free spin notification on the next day.

They have some good promotions but the problem is they are kind of rare and also are limited to only some of the players. Also I would like if they add a lossback option, even though it will only be available for a limited amount of people that have wagered a minimum amount but at least we know it's there. Another promotion that would be great for players is bonuses on deposits since they don't have that even for new customers.

The problem will not be solve here if both parties will not agree, if you believe you are right, go ahead and make a scam accusation if you haven't yet.

I think the player did something wrong and for that reason the player got refund deposit amount only. In this case if the person make anything unethical or abuse any system then scam accusation will not be helpful for that person. And that is why the person not creating the scam accusation and personally I don't think the site has did any scam.
