Hello,

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post this. I'm new in the forum and as well as in the BTC world, and I just received the first bitcoins in my wallet. However, when trying to send my first payment with Electrum I get a popup message with the error "'Nonetype' object is not iterable" after entering my password and they payment isn't sent.

Has anyone faced the same problem?

Cheers

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Ok I'm answering myself since I managed to solve this. I was lucky and had the seed for my wallet written down somewhere so I deleted my wallet file and restarted the client to generate a new one. After this I managed to send the payment seamlessly  Smiley
