The warranty will most likely not be needed, so I made it 30 days. The CPUs on the server are the Intel Xeon E3s.

I've just read the full TOS, and next to the 3 points raised by vm1990, i wish to add:
4. lifetime = as long as you keep this thread open?
5. we'll only get a refund if you have enough balance in the currency we used to pay? So you can just claim to have no more coins and walk away?
6. recource intensive software, but you leave the defenition completely open... So you could basically stop any VPS as soon as a single deamon is running (sendmail, apache, postgresql,...) and claim it was extensive.
7. DarkestCodes' has to right to terminate any VPS at any time without prior notification

Next to this, i don't see a lot of info on the prices, nor the configuration.
Last but not least: as a newbie, it would be wise to allow escrows

Conclusion: it is very well possible that you run a great deal, but a lot of people won't buy your product because of your TOS and your unclear defenitions... Just my 2 satoshi's

To be honest, this sounds like a pure scam and who is DarkestCodes anyway? And why are you only offering 30 days warranty for a 'lifetime' VPS?
Also, I found a similar selling thread on another forum.

Life sucks.

I think there are many VPS providers out there, cheaper and more established...
