Have you tried typing in the tracking number on Royal Mail and Parcelforce websites?
Yes says information on your package is not available yet.
A couple weeks ago i shipped to france (from the US) using usps registered, it would not show any tracking info on the site but if i called (and waited 30-40 minutes) they could use their "internal" system and see where it was. Little pissed myself when it happened, so the employee said he would tell his "super", guess my complaint didnt fix the usps system, lol, either way try giving to 1800 number a call to see where its at. yeah ... i can confirm , as it was for me : i have paid an
extra cost for a tracked shipping , but i never was able to track
anything ... ( even if my package were finaly arrived....) sigh..
