You should contact blockchain.info support. It is somewhat difficult to understand what you are asking us to do.

Did you try to spend your change before the initial transaction was confirmed?

Just to be clear, you are talking about a blockchain.info wallet, correct?  And you sent bitcoins to this blockchain.info wallet? And they haven't shown up there?

Well in this transaction 572fcad3a0e189c055e1b57a68604a7a521e5eea660be99543153c5c322ae9bc
you send the change to an already used address from your wallet 1DkMNcuvdS6CBQT5vACZzS18Rv879NuGb4 @ 2016-04-29 19:37:14
and then within 5 minutes @ 2016-04-29 19:42:55 you are sending the change from here 1DkMNcuvdS6CBQT5vACZzS18Rv879NuGb4 to here 1B2JjBsT6Awuqhmk6uCYwxDMvHARteJxSj which is your "Watch only" address.  These transactions will never leave your wallet so you wont see the balance change.

That being said, blockchain.info or any other wallet I have used does not reuse addresses for change unless you specifically request this.  Considering there are other movements to already used addresses within your control, it seems you are not telling us the whole story which makes it difficult to understand what your problem is or in fact is there is a problem.  I am presently of the mind that there is no actual problem other than your understanding of how wallets work?

edit: Okay maybe it's I who doesn't understand.  You were asked to supply the private key of your "watch only" address because you transferred coins from your wallet back into that address?  Perhaps it has something to do with the way blockchain.info handles inter-wallet transfers.  Do you have any other information?

i do not know this adress 1B2JjBsT6Awuqhmk6uCYwxDMvHARteJxSj. I did not create the transaction.
I used earlier shared coin. This may be the reason?

No!  You must authorize a transaction from your wallet.  There are no shared coins in an unshared address.
Also, you sent over 7 bitcoins to 1B2JjBsT6Awuqhmk6uCYwxDMvHARteJxSj on April 29th from 1DkMNcuvdS6CBQT5vACZzS18Rv879NuGb4
How is it you say you don't know this address?  If that were the case you would have been upset about the loss of 7+ bitcoins earlier.

Seems like you should leave the wallet on automatic control until you have a better understanding of how to use the manual features.
