those small stores get it from the popular stores.

The small stores buy their product from the larger stores?  I think you were doing it wrong.

In my experience, we buy from distributors that have warehouses of stuff.  We've never bought our products from Fry's and Best Buy..... because that would be really, really dumb.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Same here in Germany.
Got 2x 5850 today, but you can't find any 5870 without paying ~330$.

Larger stores I mean the warehouses.
Almost all retailers get their stuff from the same list of wholesalers.

don't worry, both taiwan and china flooded with them, just order.
they need clean their stores and damn quick, because 6xx0 production scale also damn big and they need space/[more]money from them. so probably they will still sell 58xx and sell inexpensive.

You are wrong about both.
My friend in Taiwan have reported that they RMA'ed 5850 card, and received 6870 back, because there are no more 5850 left.
China is a different story. China still have them, but currently they sell for roughly $230+ per 5850. So, no one will buy it anyways.
