My (cats) veterinarian began accepting gold and silver bullion a few years back with a 20% discount to your bill.  I just received a newsletter and she is now accepting Bitcoins. Not sure about any discounts but still some progress.  Bitcoins are taking over the world!

 Politicians  Grin

I never thought my life could be. Anything but catastrophe. But suddenly I begin to see. A "BIT" of good luck for me. Cause I've got a golden ticket!

For me it's more about things I want to buy with BTC that don't have to be shipped from the US… I'm hoping my chocolate will come through from http://the-chocolate-tree.bit-trade.co.uk and I bought from belgianflavours.com an age ago but the shipping is even high from Belgium and they clearly haven't updated their BTC pricing since then…

If someone in the UK starts selling other consumables esp. coffee, count me in! I'm guessing the best things to start with would be regular purchases, other than human consumables things like light bulbs, batteries, hand soap/dishwasher salt and assorted other domestic stuff…

Come on international retailers!
