I feel so incomplete without one.
Here's what it could look like:

You can scrap the part about the holy scripture etc and replace it with "having paid 1 Bitcoin..."
The exact title should be "Doctor of Success [D.Scc.]" and don't forget the "honoris causa" part. That's important.
No embedded imagery needed.
You can sign it with your username on behalf of the Bitcoin Community on the date of issuance and the location can be the bitcointalk.org forum.
How I earn the title you ask? Why, by paying of course!
Who's entitled to award it? Anybody who wants to make a bitcoin!
If there's more than one design I'll pick the one I like most. But I'll probably go with the first one.
I'll review it and if the wording and spelling is all fine I will quote and paste it to my questionable thread
here.
