Here is a list : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.120;topicseen

If you are looking about something not related to Bitcoin like the services above then you can try Neteller . (Fees are high though)

There are many sites offering bitcoin debit card mostly visa. You can check the above list, i am using cryptopay physical card to withdraw bitcoin in my atm and purchases and its working. But they have really high fee due to currency conversion here in asia. Do your own research before selection one.

Coinimal.com has SEPA payments. If you are from Europe your bank where you have opened your bank account at could offer SEPA transactions so I suggest that you check with them for this option. SEPA has very low fees and for example you can exchange 1 BTC for like just 1 euro in fees but there is a little bit of waiting time so be prepared for that.

If you're in the US, there will be absolutely no problem for you to find what you want, but in the rest of the world, it might be hard.

If you are in US BitPay bitcoin VISA debit card is a no brainer. Outside the US you can take a look at this list of bitcoin debit cards.

You don't really transfer bitcoins directly to mastercard ,debit card.Either you're using a card which is specifically meant of storing bitcoins like E-coin/Bitx ,you can't simply transfer bitcoins like that.Maybe you need to exchange your bitcoins to fiat by exchanges and then depositing the amount in your bank accounts which can be withdrawn further by your master/debit cards.Though I'm not aware if you can do such transfer somewhere but in my country we usually transfer the traditional way!

If you use Coinbase -- the Shift Debit card works quite easily...

However, they cancelled mine about a month ago -- because I live in Georgia and there were some State regulatory issues...

If you want to withdraw your bitcoins to load fiat mastercard/debitcard, you can do it on cex.io , you sell your bitcoins to fiat and withdraw the fiat money directly to your card.

yes that's good site,cex.io have good service since long time ago,and i'm one of user on that site, but now its not popular like on last 3 years, since the price of miner on there very expensive for me,and i think not many people suggest cex.io as good cloud mining.

Bitcoin Insanity offers multiple payment methods, making purchasing bitcoins a breeze. They accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank wires, and cashiers checks. Payment is done either through Paypal's terminal or Mijireh Checkout.
