Want to start out small $10 US to BTC need advise on where to buy

It looks like there is now safe way to buy without a risk.
Any Exchange sites worth trying?

I tried out coinbase.com worked out ok

If you're not concerned about anonymity then Circle is really good.  I use them to buy bitcoin.  I have to warn you, my bank actually questioned what I was doing after I bought and sold a few times--but that could just be my bank.  Coinbase was suggested, and they're pretty good too but last I used them you had to wait like 5 days to get your bitcoin.  And they nuke accounts frequently for no reason.

For such a small amount, I would either try someone on this forum and use escrow, or try localbitcoins.  If that doesn't work, see if you can do a group buy with a couple of friends.
