It would make a lot of sense to replace paypal and its large fees with bitcoin to pay chinese gold farmers. Are any companies doing this now ?


Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

We make the software that many of the gold farmers use and we have BTC shops.  There doesn't seem to be that much BTC use in China - our customers pay us with alipay and pretty well ignore the Bitcoin option.
