Their are many restrictions first check these all then talk about any buying selling of payoneer because I also have some but I cannot send any one right now

If you can't send funds from your payoneer account it either means you don't have your card or your account has been suspended.
Once you have your card your free to send the funds to anyone with a payoneer card or to your bank account.

payoneer works very funny

first of all if you sell btc for payoneer it might take up to 48hours for the money to be available on the card
and they might request ID again ( which was my case )

Also if you are signed up under some company that pays you that company must have that card to card enabled so you can send money
if thats off for them , you wont be able to do card to card

yep its stupid dont know why card to card has to do with the company you receive payments from but thats the way they work

There are lots of bitcoin debit cards with same functions and capacity as payoneer so i don't see a point of still using payoneer with your bitcoin. I love bitcoin debit cards.

You are right I stuck with this card for some time and have no option to withdraw my big amount support saying just do some more transactions then we will able to help you its one of dumb cards I use

Im abount to launch a service for users to buy and sell using Payoneer and Bitcoin/Ether - At firts stage all transaction will be done manually and none info from users will be needed(no login/registrations/verifications), would like to know how interesting this service will be for users, please comment, thanks, great profit to everyone!
