Wassup?

Okay so when I'm in my blockchain wallet and update my wallet the value on my btc (right next to the ammount of btc you have) go up and down like crazy. If you update and then update one minute later it can decrease in value with 100$ and then go up 1 minute later when you update again, why is it like this? I'm getting scared that bitcoins are crashing when the value goes down like that.

This will likely get more exposure and response if you were to post it in the main blockchain.info thread.
blockchain.info and mtgox are just the largest of many web wallets and exchanges, there is nothing "official" about them. blockchain.info has to connect to mtgox to retrieve the last trading price for your convenience.

The first question to answer for support would be if the price is reported incorrectly, because Bitcoin has gone up and down.

The exchanges feed comes pretty much directly from Mt.Gox. I haven't experienced this myself, has anyone else encountered this problem?

I have experienced, I logged out, waited a few. Then, re logged and it was fixed. I was kind of scared that BTC dropped drastically over the minute.
Fix: Just wait it out. Its more than likely a glitch.

I experience this frequently - checking feeds in comparrison it does not seem very closely linked with prices on mtgx

I am in GBP

Thanks
