I'm offering a small, limited service to newbies, selling BTC for paypal.

I will only do verified paypal accounts, and there will be a verification process before I will sell to you.  1st buy is 1 BTC.

PM me for rules.  Scammers need not apply.

then this service isn't for them.

This is primarily for honest newbies interested in getting a few bitcoins.

Made a trade with BitBears. Purchased 1 BTC for PPUSD and received quickly once verified. Thanks!

(And for any nay-sayers, feel free to check back in 180 days that I did not chargeback) :p

I've a few successful trades, people seem good about this, I am pleased with everyone following the rules and acting civil.

Scammers, this isn't for you.  So, just move on if you plan to scam.

I hope you don't get burned. Be aware that the payments can be reversed up to 6 months from now.

With the amount of evidence he's collecting, if someone did try and reverse the transaction, it's highly likely Paypal will side with him. He's got documentation out the wazoo to prove it was the correct owner of the account making the purchase so they can't scream they were hacked.

well, paypal covers for 45 days, but not on certain transactions.  I am trying to be careful with it, verifying people and their accounts, just so I can protect myself.

I have to say I am very happy, been having a hard time to fins someone to sell me 1 BTC and BitBears has done it well.
Been trying for 5 days now and even signed up for BTCQUICK 4 days ago yet they have not processed my transaction.
No reply yet from BTCBuddy1 either.

Took no time at all and BitBears has been a phenomenal seller.
Great transaction and very satisfied.

Thank you, Grin

There have been scores of threads over the last couple years about selling bitcoins through paypal. The consensus is that it there is no way to avoid being burned. I'm going to assume that you either haven't read them, or you don't care. I think the most successful seller was able to weed out enough scammers to make a profit (he required a phone conversation with every buyer), but was eventually shut down by paypal.

BTW, a verified Paypal account won't stop protect you from scammers that use stolen accounts.
dully noted, thank you.

He takes way more info down than just accepting a verified Paypal. I can tell you that. :p
