Honestly, I've tried this before. FastCash4Bitcoins has decent rates and does Paypal payouts. It's very hard to compete with them, and n00bs should just use them if they're interested in dumping BTC for PP I think. :-/

This potential "seller" just PMed me back. Said he spent most of his coins on BitMit and is now out, but would contact me if he needed to sell coins in the future. Also claimed that he didn't mind using escrow for the transaction if it were to happen in the future. I'd definitely at least have my ears perked up for this one. I'm not saying for sure it's a fish...but it smells like it. As long as he sent coins to an escrow agent of my choosing (always johnthedong of course), then I wouldn't mind buying his BTC for PP.

Hi Velacreations,
Donno if you're still doing this, but i'd be interested. I'm also looking to start 3D printing things for people, so if you've ever wanted something printed out do let me know. Once my account de-newbs I'll be posting a more thorough explanation in the marketplace.
Thanks, -ED

Our business sells bitcoins via paypal. We sell bitcoins 8% above market price. The lowest amount we sell is 0.5 bitcions and the highest amount before personal identification is necessary is 5 bitcoins. We still sell above 5 bitcoins, but a contract and some form of id is necessary.

I'm offering a small, limited service to newbies, selling BTC for paypal.
I will only do verified paypal accounts, and there will be a verification process before I will sell to you. 1st buy is 1 BTC.
PM me for rules. Scammers need not apply.
