If it was a bought account the password would have been changed and his user profile is not showing that.

That rexpelis guy was spamming the currency exchange boards. No doubt he was looking to scam someone.
But yes on the other hand it is odd that the OP's password hasn't changed since it was a recently sold account unless he forgot too. Then the seller can just log in whenever he likes to control the bought account

I bought account and old address key, using escrow .  As i say i bought this account as investment. Then i have neteller, and (as you couls read) i try sell some BTC, always asking for escrow

Your trust is neutral, is just a warning and i accept it. Reputation will be build little by little, but for became a legendary need a long time (and a bit of luck, i read it is random...).

You need to grasp the concept of "untrusted feedback" which is you.

The only person that sees his profile painted red is you as you left the neg, to everyone else his account is still green and healthy
