So much for the people saying that Britain shall leave the EU for fear of a muslim invasion from the continent. The muslims are already inside, and they are winning elections. But considering the British have caused so much havoc in the Middle East, creating the Iraki kingdom with a foreign Sunni king no local wanted, creating Israel against the Palestinians, I guess it's only justice that muslims conquer London today, and the whole of the UK tomorrow.

The UK is doomed, and I certainly won't cry for it. My worry is that the EU is being caught in a squeeze between muslim Britain and muslim Turkey.

Give the guy a chance before attacking him,all I have seen odd was he held the stage with some terrorist supporters. His reason for that made enough sense to me,to not get my knickers in a twist over it,was related to his job and nothing else fishy in that context.

This is not the first wave of Muslim religion and history has shown that it made Europe what it is. So fear not history has spoken and it will show you that people will not suddenly be stuck in a religious view they do not partake in.

London's mayor is a muslim. Well, that thing only shows how population of Muslim is growing in old Europe. I don't think it's something scary or something else. Just u need to judge this new mayor for things he will do for the city and the country, but not for his faith.

Not much surprising. Around 15% to 20% of the population is Muslim there. And the Muslim turnout was around 90%, compared to the 40% to 45% reported for the other groups. In addition to this, the white and non-Muslim votes were split by the UKIP, Liberal Democrat, and Green Party candidates. The Britain First candidate also received more than 30,000 votes.

UK don't want to leave EU because they are afraid about a a muslim invasion from the continent.
Main issue here is finance, money and question is UK have more advantages or disadvantage with membership in eU.
New London's mayor won in free election so it's about true democracy, not that Muslims conquer London.
Yes, Muslims are in Europe already 500 years and they are doing just fine.
New Muslims will not change it, doesn't matter if they are coming from Turkey or some other country.

that is why the fear, the guy being liberal to the point of defending gay marriage and yet he's Muslim, I hope he does not share the same ideas of other Muslims.

That happened many decades ago. Go to inner London, and you will find more mosques than churches. Now they are spreading out to the Outer London area as well. What happened to Detoilet is happening with London right now. There is a massive white flight. The whites are not fleeing to other parts of England. On the other hand, they are fleeing to other countries such as Australia, Canada, and the United States.

It is a first, but it was inevitable to happen in one of the big cities of Europe at some point. I do not care about anyone's religion, as long as they do not strive to impose it on me. This is a test, we will only know the result after it has run it's course. London should pretty much run itself so the mayor should simply remain a figurehead to stand in at special events. Religion is a crutch for humanity, may teach kids great morals (or not!) but adults need to grow out of it.

i'm in hampstead and you dont really notice it here, but 15 minutes walk down the hill and its pretty bad. still holding out hope for brexit and trump.

I agree with you, but Muslims too respect the Koran, if someone invokes the Koran they obey, in my country is very Muslims and all of them are very rich, it are so united that never saw one of them poor, but at the same time has Business of drug even the richest of them is a drug baron
