wait for their support to answer. there's not much we can do for you because this is a problem with blockchain.info.

you can however choose to stop using blockchain.info and import all your addresses to bitcoin core, or lighter wallets such as electrum.

Simply import the addresses to another wallet ? Don't submit a support ticket on blockchain.info.Message them on their facebook instead, replies within an hour on average.

How about following the above persons advice and move away from the worst ever bitcoin wallet, its not safe in the first place, and with Multibit and Electrum you will be a lot safer and have a lot of more ease of access, so I suggest you follow the above advices and switch to electrum. Leave once and for all the worst bitcoin wallet out there which is blockchain.info for sure. Why it is ? Because it has the most high number of successful hacker attacks which translates in loss of your bitcoins.

I strongly support this, people should avoid using online wallets.
You do have control over your private keys but they also do, which is unacceptable.

If you want to avoid these types of problems, start using a decent wallet.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I have contacted blockchain.info on facebook and awaiting their response. As for importing, the private keys registered on bloackchain are invalid

Update

Reply from blockchain

it looks like a couple of the private keys in the wallet are encrypted, which means at some point you had enabled a second password within this wallet.
