I have offered 100,000 in DNET in collateral but I would prefer an escrow hold it.

He is down to lend as long as a reputable escrow will accept DNET as collateral.

His trust makes me less worrisome but I still would like an intermediary.

You might be a genius who know's what they're doing, but sometimes people get carried away with their ideas and amplify their losses. It just looks like you're borrowing bitcoin while offsetting your potential loss with the alt currency.

This sort of lingo is intentionally vague and potentially worrying. Straighten up your position could easily be a euphemism for your failing trades.

I believe you run a lending thread as well.Now the problem here is,dumbfucks like you start lending threads while taking accounts as collateral which causes a shit ton of spam in this forum.Account sales are the cause the quality of posts have fell to such a level.For few satoshi's you have no idea what harm you're causing to the forum.As far as your trust is concerned,not everybody takes random "Gunthars" seriously .
