It seems that they've come out of beta too but haven't openly made an announcement on twitter, probably to make most users log into the new one instead since by default, it always goes to the new wallet instead and you have to be careful to not log in right away due to inability to go back to the old one (legacy). Base on the signs, there's still lack of signing messages so definitely something to consider prior to the upgrade. The only good thing that I've seen so far is that, the new version has better interface but lacks functionality. It seems that the old API had some changes for developers since there's a message on top of the page saying: "If you are a current user of our Receive Payments or Blockchain Wallet APIs, please visit the documentation for important updates." So most likely the old one wouldn't work to an extent.
