Not much no.. about the same as many foods such as a Turkey Sandwich.
Pretty sure i know why too.
It's the fiber + Protein etc
My body puts it to use vs expelling it (wasting protein etc)
Your body rejects things it does not need or can not process.. pretty simple.
And i know protein can only only be absorbed in reasonable amounts.
After a point it just gets fired out of your system.
And beans are super high in protein then combine that with it's structure..
a soft almost paste texture that will go through you pretty fast.
I have done research many times on Protein over the years and tried different supplements.
An interesting fact for you all..
Many hunters have died in the woods by just eating nothing but rabbits (often in North CAN / Alaska)
Reason is the body will fail and you will die via Protein poisoning !
The underlying issue that leas to death is that wild Rabbits have almost no fat on them usually
so no Fat + High levels of Protein = DEATH.
I work my ass off and i am very active and i am tall and always been on the thin side.
So i process everything i can get my hands on food wise.
And i eat a lot too !
I have tested some years back and found i had to eat a MASSIVE amount of food + Protein shakes etc
in order to start gaining weight.. otherwise i just stay skinny'ish pretty much.
All that food i was eating cost a LOT of money and a lot of time & energy consuming it all.
I also felt sluggish and extra tired and my digestive system took a beating.
Although i had people asking me seriously if i was on steroids though.. i got huge & fast !
And yea i was working my ass off lifting things at my job non stop close to a90,000 lb's a month
(Shipping & Receiving work) ..point being is i do not just sit on my ass & get fat LOL
So..
I bet most of you are farting from them because your body does not need the protein
and the fiber helps stimulate the digestive track etc
Don't eat them unless you need them..
You all eat bowls of Prunes all the time ? Surprised if you get the runs ? See what i mean ?
