i am new in bitcoin...plz  whats mean Bitcoin Block Reward Halving ...and if i have 3000kh/s is this mean it will decrease to 1500 kh/s?? is this halving has impact to my benefits

Your hashtate will stay thr same I think, but the reward(25 btc per block) will be halved to 12.5 btc per block.
It takes around ten minutes for each found 25 btc, after halving every 10 minutes only 12.5 btc will be mined.

It will half ur earning, if the price stays the same.
If the price doubles, it is even so no profit or lose.

If you have 3000kh/s, it will stay at 3000kh/s. Your daily mining reward will be from >1 Satoshi drop to >0.5 Satoshi...

I just read an interesting piece at Zero Hedge er an upcoming "Short Squeeze" on Bitcoin:

Krieger asserts that miners & exchanges have sold BTC short, and that the Halving is going to force them to buy (and soon) to cover their bets, according to him it would be better to cover NOW than later on when there are fewer BTC coming out of each block...

In simple terms : For example say Bitcoin rewards 50 coins per block. When halving comes, it literally means the reward per block mined is halted, in this example 25

Exactly, when bitcoin halving happens, it will soon give a good impact to the price of bitcoin that can cause bitcoins price to rise.
So if you have many bitcoins today, then you will harvest it after the halving, if you still don't have it today, better to save and collect btc now.

Don't worry OP, as most of the replies here, your hash rate will not decrease, only the amount of btc you will get. Although there isn't probably much to worry about because it is speculated that the price would also surge after the halving.

Yes its just the blocksize that is halving thats all, its not very difficult to understand if you ask me because its simply.
You will just mine a bit slower than before.

I assume your computer and electricity are not free. I suggest you try out bitcoin faucets which will pay you more than 1 Satoshi per captcha solved...
