So I decided to start a selling thread for my prepaid cards

Features:

- Unlimited loading and unlimited spending

- This is a VISA card, so you can use it anywhere VISA is accepted

- Absolutely NO-ID required. You don't need to provide fake names or address to use the card. Just open the letter with the PIN and start using. The card is designed to be used by the holder without any ID and it's 100% legal this way!

- The cards are issued by a Portuguese bank, not polish

- Unique IBAN

- Closed PIN number (can be changed in portuguese ATM and maybe others)

- Valid until 09/2017

- Cash withdrawals are not enabled

Why are cash withdrawals disabled?

Because allowing cash withdrawals attracts way too many fraudsters. That was the main reason why the polish cards were all blocked in the end.

Cash withdrawals may be enabled for some users with good history of transactions (the card needs to be replaced).

In the meantime don't abuse the card or the whole program will end up like the polish cards.

Using the same limits of the polish cards here is a good advice.

If you need to move more money use more cards! Be smart!

The money loaded on the card can be spent online or offline with the PIN number.

My stock is very limited and I don't want to flood the market with these cards anyway because I want them to last longer than the polish cards.
 
I can send the card preloaded with any amount up to 1000 EUR.

Loading fee is 10 EUR or 10% which is higher.

The price is 100 EUR per card including shipping with tracking.

You can receive transfers in any name you want and different names.

Let me explain one thing very clearly. This card is designed to be used this way and it's 100% legal the way it is.

This is not an account open with fake data or under some name that's not yours. NO!

The card is meant to be a prepaid card to be used by the holder of the card.

It was designed to be a gift or be used to pay large amounts instead of cash and it happens to have an IBAN attached.

The issuing bank has no policy on bitcoin so you can cash out from your exchange without any problem.

It's good for paypal, btc exchanges, localbitcoins, or to give directly to your customers.

So unless you want to cashout on ATMs ill-gotten gains from fraudulent activities this is the best card out there.

The bank has very good e-mail support. So far they replied in less than 48h.

And unlike the sellers of the polish cards I'll have no problem going to the bank with a card and ask anything about it if any problem arises.

You just have to provide me the transaction history of the card and I'll do that. (I may charge a fee for my time)

My cards have no name embossed. They are registered in the name of the company who sells them.

You can sign the card in the back with your own name but it's not mandatory.

This sounds good. So as I understand, we can't withdraw money on ATM's, right? But we can send money to btc exchangers sites, correct?

As long as the exchangers accept VISA cards, yes you can.

Remember this is a VISA card and can be used everywhere VISA is accepted. Millions of places in every country.

You can't withdraw money on ATM's as a way to reduce fraud and keep the cards alive for as long as possible. You don't see many people interested in my cards and that's actually a good thing because most people just want anonymous cards for fraudulent purposes and cashout quickly at ATM's.

I won't commit the same mistake and allow withdraws for now. Withdrawals might be enabled later for users with a proven track record of good use.

Until them I'll let fraudsters get every other cards out there blocked for fraud.

Does it work with google wallet? I have alot of customers that pay me through google wallet but everytime i try to withdraw it says cant withdraw to prepaid cards. But your cards are connected to a bank account right? So they can be recognized as debit cards in systems like google wallet, uber, and paypal?

I don't use google wallet so I'm not sure.

If you have the option to withdraw to a bank account with IBAN you just need to check if you can add an IBAN from Portugal.

I'll try to use google wallet and check this for you.
