Most likely and not just one particular position will be occupied by new members. There will be more new comers in place so that he could ensure everyone is fully committed on being on his side.

It's pretty much expected that a new President will install a new Cabinet. Occasionally staff will carry over, but it's even more unlikely with a different party coming in.

I agree with you that Hillary will be the next president, but why are you saying that religion will be banned. I can't understand how is it possible to come to this conclusion hearing all what she says. I think even Trump wouldn't ban any religion if he was elected.
