blockchain.info problem transaction help me!!!

today i got a problem in my wallet at blockchain.info i tried to send 0.01372btc but doesn't response . there is effect of press button to send . since i have 0.01569230btc in my wallet
. but i tries to send at that adress but  there was no response .
can someone tell me what the problem may be.

Also, you should stop using bc.i. I recommend that you get a desktop wallet like Electrum.

If i understand it correctly, you cannot show a transaction, because the online wallet doesn't work (you click the button, but no transaction is generated?)

My best advice would be these 2 things:

• contact blockchain.info's support, since you seem to be sure you have enough funds, it might be an issue with their gui
• export your private key, sweep it in electrum and use this desktop wallet... You might even import the private key into electrum, but you should consider the private key compromised as soon as you export it from blockchain.info

Could be that forgot to copy any number o letter of the address you are trying to send the bitcoins? Use copy/paste to avoid forgetting any character. If isn't that the problem, contact with support.

Is the amount you are trying to send plus the fee less than the amount in your wallet?

The other thing to try is logging out, clearing the cache, and then logging in and attempting the send again.

Yes, the problem is you're dependent on third party services to have access to your funds. Can't help you with this, only thing you can do is contact the support and ask them to "please" let you use your funds and just wait for their response. In the meantime, take the time to learn about desktop wallets.
