I see they give 50-50-50 for power,steem and steemit dollar for upvote,but why i get like 10x less steemit than steemit dollar?

First of all the difference is no where near 10x. It's not even 2x!

Secondly you get SBD is pegged to $1 and Steem to the market price. So it works like this:

1)Suppose Steem price in market is $2. And your post got $12 worth of votes.
2) Now 25% from it will be sent to curators. You are now left with $9.
3) Now it will be split 50:50. So you will get 4.5 SBD and $4.5 worth of Steem, i.e. 2.25 Steem, if you assume market price of Steem to be $2. But obviously prices fluctuate and so there can be differences.

Hope you now better understand how rewards are paid on Steemit.

Anyone else get the new Steemit TOS policy pop up when you logon?, I guess if you do not accept it you can always power down with the GUI wallet or cli wallet.

My friend who can now be considered crypto blogger/journalist is now working for steemit writing interesting articles about financial world and crypto currencies. His monthly pay is getting close to a well-payed part-time job. Cant really call it a "mining". Though he told me at some point when he can make a living off it he will leave his day job.

However it seems to difficult to even earn $1 dollar since you need to have a circle of followers to promote you contents.  I think its nice if those top earners can also share thier best practice so that everyone will profit including fresh members.

The best practice is simply to load your wallet with Steem and then power up. Creating high quality content, commenting/upvoting posts of fellow Steemians and networking are the next steps to gain momentum on Steemit. But yes, it takes a lot of time and hardwork. Quick way is of course money!!

You have put lots of money? Do you mean by investing in Steem Power, post promotions or bidbots? But yes, networking with whales is indeed very important to receive big payouts on Steemit. And I guess networking is important everywhere, especially when there is big gap between the power level of different users on a platform.

That's why I quit on blogging on their platform because of it's a money making, sometimes your content will be useless and be ignored if your reputation is low.

I created many contents and in start I had to make alot of efforts to get my post view and upvote but now my reputation is increased and i  get upvotes on all my post.

Hi. Tag your poems to be visible for needed audience, i like read poems and i think i'm not the one who doing it! Keep going post  poems and make steem with more good articles! Wish you luck in your further creations..
