Uhm, yeah they've been selling all the time. Around 200K Steem per week to be precise.
Though they are going to stop this in the future.

Steemit Inc just announced that they're launching a new application process to get delegations from them.
Glad that they've finally done this. In the past they've given out delegations to some really questionable projects to be honest.

A little hint for you my friend. You can start monetizing faster by reading 101 WAYS TO GET EASY UPVOTES article. Just remember to boost all your posts  

I'm not 100% sure that this is legal, but that will definitely increase the number of your followers and make little boost in the beginning.
