Hi all.
I bought $35 worth of bitcoins in March 2010 from Britcoin (now Intersango).
I’ve been trying to get Intersango to give me access to my account for two weeks now (Feb 24 2013). My ‘support ticket’ has been set to ‘needs admin action’ for a week. If I try to ask a question about the process, I am brusquely informed that I will be ‘banned’ if I try to ‘open another ticket’.
I’ve written a letter of complaint to their postal address, but can’t think how best to proceed.
Has anyone else had trouble with Intersango?
Can anyone think of anything I can do to get back into my account?
