[AUR] Auroracoin - general discussion

I'm not part of the auroracoin team or the Auroracoin foundation. I'm just making this thread (it's not self-moderated) because the other one got locked down and I want a place to go for unfiltered news.

People need to be able to discuss freely.

I know this means some level of trolling and spam, but I'm willing to accept that.

Please be kind to each others.

(some explanation: at first the new official thread was locked for posting by the public. Hence I thought it would be a pure announcement thread for the foundation so I created this place here for discussion. Now, it's probably best to take discussion to that new thread. I personally think (depending on moderation policy) a thread moderated by auroracoin team members according to sensible policy (not censorship) makes sense.

I'll leave this thread here for now and if it doesn't get used, I'll kill it.

We still have the [AUR] Auroracoin market observer thread (seen by enough people) in case of a bad case of censorship should happen in the moderated thread.

Thanks for setting this up Molecular, I'm all for unfiltered discussions so I'm happy you created this spot.

Please let it be clear to everyone, we are not moderating the new ANN because we want to censor stuff, we just want to keep a clean and non-disruptive platform for official announcements. We also did it to protect our hard working team members from constantly having to try and have decent conversations with people that clearly are only here to spread fud. We can use our time for better things, so please feel free to bash away in here
