This is the first time I am asking for some loan, I dont know, any one like to pay or not.

I need 0.10 btc - I will repay 0.11 on next week ie. 16.05.2016 

Collateral - I have an account in namecheap.com with an account balance $40.98 - So I will give you the account username and password, you keep it whenever I repay the money....is this enough?

your collateral value should more then your repayment amount
you are offering ~41$ collateral for ~$50(0.11BTC) loan amount that isn't good, offer something worth over $55
