The user finishedgrey took a loan from me last week and said he will repay as soon as Yobit's send button got fixed, I don't use Yobit as I don't like it so I wouldn't know if the send button got fixed or not, if it has ben fixed, then i will consider the loan defaulted and open a scam accusation gainst him.

The send to balance button on yobit is already working for about a week now so if he still not paying you it is most likelt a defaulted loan already and he would'nt care much about his account anymore coz he already have a red mark

Yobits signature wallet hasn't run dry for at least the pass 8 days. There is a very high chance you got scammed. He probably used that as an excuse to borrow in the first place, although there is a chance he was spamming and got removed from the signature campaign too. Do you have links to the lending thread?

It's fixed now as far as I know.  I got some bitcoin from the campaign last night but haven't yet today.  It gets broken at least once a week.

I contacted finishedgrey about his loan by PM, and he didn't reply for over 48h so I will consider his loan defaulted and seize the collateral he gave me. Should I also open a scam accusation for his defaulted loan ?

You should open a scam accusation with the following details

1. Name
2. Reason for scam accusations
3. Thread involved, relevant thread, screenshots, pms, signed message, address used
4. Hope for the best

Hope you haven't given a loan with account collateral always try to take collateral having higher price than the loan amount. Taking account as collateral is risky this days as there is not fixed price for forum account. Good luck, you may recover loan amount with collateral.

I think you should, there are people nowadays that are using Yobit's problem as a reason to loan.
