I havent used a debit card for bitcoin myself since I live in the US.

So assuming youre in the places where these companies ship out to the card to there are several.

Some known ones are Xapo, bitstamp has their own program as well.

Coinbase has their own too, but only currently serves the US - which I might do but just been holding off since their customer support is always  I heard is terrible.

If you are in the US - you can read https://blog.coinbase.com/2015/11/20/introducing-the-shift-card/

Thank you, i read about Xapo but cause i need card to use it with paypal i dont like this

Quote
Due to the nature of the transaction, your bitcoin purchase via "withdraw from PayPal" arrives as a manual credit to be made to your wallet.
This means that your bitcoins purchased via "withdraw from PayPal" will not be automatically processed.
We process manual credits as soon as we can, but usually every 14 days.
We will use a BTC price at the moment of the manual credit to determine the amount of bitcoin that should be credited to your account, and then apply any due commissions.

That should help you find one or at-least narrow your search down. I can't get myself to trust any company since basically the money you store in these debit cards is under the control of the card issuer.

coinisy cards are interesting, cause  you can withdrawal in  ATM's (worldwide) , cash out your bitcoin to paypal , and they have not agressive KYC ( know yours customers ), as they dont ask any documents under 2500 $  ( https://www.coinizy.com/)

when this limit is reached, you have to produce one ID doc + 1 Proof of residence ( less than 3 month ) for upgrade your account for more decents limits.

xapo debit card is a good choice too...even if they could put your bitcoin on old for 14 long days: ie: you try to withdrawal on ATM, you ask more than your limits = your bitcoins are debited from your xapo account during 14 loooooong days , even if the ATM haven't give you nothing...  Roll Eyes

Has anyone seen a bitcoin debit card that doesn't charge outrageous amounts to load or spend?

advcash and xapo are quite good
advcash convert btc in $ in the moment you send btc to your account, xapo does the conversion when you spend the btc

Spectrocoin have a giveaway on currently, they're giving away free virtual cards. These cards have a 2.5k limit if unverified, but there's no loading fee!

I used to be a fan of e-coin but spectrocoins features and fees are way better. But because they are new to me i don't use it as my main card. Along with a bit-x card i got it coverted.

OP can simply compare their fee thru the debit card provider's FAQ page, when you're going to use debit card, i think the main thing that's important is about how fast the support to get contact with you + help you to resolve your problem, and the fee

I think xapo is the best choice for europe.
sorry bro but i actualy reserve my judgement . xapo hold around 0.4 btc  from my funds since 14 day now...from a pending withdrawal wich dont has work correctly to an ATM.
i has already contact their support several times about this issue, but i really think to open a scam accusation against them if this problem will not be solved in few days..  Undecided soooo...  be aware...  unless this issue will be  solved..

regard of this:
I think xapo is the best choice for europe.
xapo took to much damn fee compared to another debit card provider
