Is your wallet synced fully? Check a testnet block explorer and see if there is a record of your transaction in the blockchain. Blocktrail.com works good for looking up testnet transactions. Maybe you used a faucet that sends every hour or something similar.

blocktrail.com, and there aren't any transactions. How many testnet coins do you need? I can send you a few, as long as you return them after. I tried claiming on a testnet faucet after you posted this and I got my testnet coins.
